Brief: Create a music video promoting GAYLE’s new single “FMK” and the WEBTOON series “Everything is Fine”
Process
Over the course of a month:
Devised several concepts to feature the song and webcomic
Sent Styleframes and Storyboards over to GAYLE’s team for review
GAYLE was on tour so she filmed the opening and ending scenes remotely
Divided up animation assignments, and lead animator put it all together
After revisions, final animation approved by stakeholders

The “fmk” music video and “Everything is Fine” both share an aesthetic of suburban utopia with a hidden dark side. Inspired by this theme, I proposed a dollhouse theme with hidden horrors trapped inside its walls
